By purchasing from or using lisarebuilds.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
1. What We Sell
Lisa Rebuilds sells digital grief-support guides (PDF downloads) and one-on-one coaching sessions. All products are delivered digitally β nothing is shipped.
Current offerings: 7 Days Through Grief β $7.44 (digital guide); Letters to Heaven β $14.44 (digital guide); Carried With Love β $22.44 (digital guide); When Your Spouse Dies β $14.44 (digital guide); Let's Talk, Heart to Heart β $75 (single 1:1 coaching session); 4-Session Coaching Pack β $244.44 (four 1:1 coaching sessions); First 72 Hours Checklist β Free (digital download).
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
2. Not Therapy, Not Medical Advice
Our guides and coaching sessions are grief-support resources. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Lisa Rebuilds is not a medical provider and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself, or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or go to your nearest emergency room.
3. Digital Downloads β Delivery and Refunds
After your payment clears, your digital guide is delivered immediately via download link or email. Delivery is instant and complete at the moment you receive access to the file. Because digital products cannot be "returned," all sales of digital guides are final. We do not offer refunds on delivered digital downloads. If you experience a genuine technical problem (file will not download, duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. Unauthorized chargebacks after receiving the product violate these terms and may result in access being revoked.
4. Coaching Sessions β Scheduling and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions are booked through our scheduling link (Calendly) and held by video call. Sessions available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00 PMβ10:00 PM Eastern, Saturday/Sunday by request. Reschedule up to 24 hours before at no charge. Missed sessions and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded and not rescheduled, except at our sole discretion. The 4-Session Coaching Pack must be used within 12 months of purchase; unused sessions expire without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything on lisarebuilds.com is the property of Lisa Rebuilds, protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal-use license only β not ownership. You may not share, resell, post publicly, or use the products to create competing products. Violations may result in revoked access and legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Products and site are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the version in effect at purchase governs that purchase.

Digital Product Purchase Agreement
Between Lisa Rebuilds ("Seller") and you, the purchaser ("Buyer"). This agreement is formed when you complete checkout on lisarebuilds.com.
1. What You Are Buying
You are purchasing a license to use a digital product β not ownership. Products: 7 Days Through Grief ($7.44), Letters to Heaven ($14.44), Carried With Love ($22.44), When Your Spouse Dies ($14.44), First 72 Hours Checklist (Free) β all PDF downloads; Let's Talk, Heart to Heart ($75, single 1:1 coaching session); 4-Session Coaching Pack ($244.44, four 1:1 sessions). Ownership stays with Lisa Rebuilds.
2. Payment
Processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Prices in U.S. dollars, due in full at purchase. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and are at least 18 (or have guardian consent).
3. Delivery
Digital guides: delivered immediately after payment via download link and/or email β delivery is complete when the download is made available. Coaching: scheduling link (Calendly) sent after purchase. If you receive nothing within 24 hours, contact us.
4. License Granted
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal-use license for you alone. Ends if you violate this agreement.
5. No Refunds on Digital Goods
All digital guide sales are final and non-refundable. Coaching follows the rescheduling policy in the Terms & Conditions. Exceptions only for genuine technical failures reported within 7 days.
6. Not Therapy or Medical Advice
These are grief-support resources, not therapy or medical treatment; no therapistβclient relationship is created.
7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Governing Terms
Read together with the Terms & Conditions and Content Usage License; this agreement controls for the transaction itself. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and agree to all three documents.
Content Usage License
Applies to every digital product sold or given away by Lisa Rebuilds. By downloading any product, you accept this license.
1. What You May Do
Download to your devices; read, print, and use for your own personal grief journey; print a copy for personal records.
2. What You May Not Do
No sharing or distributing the files (emailing, forwarding, uploading, posting); no reselling, renting, lending, or sublicensing; no posting products or substantial excerpts on social media, websites, forums, or group chats; no copying/adapting content to create competing products; no claiming the work as your own or removing copyright notices; no commercial use without written permission.
3. One Purchase, One User
Each purchase licenses one person. To share with a grieving friend, send them to lisarebuilds.com to get their own copy. Organizations, churches, or support groups need a separate written agreement β contact us.
4. Copyright and Ownership
All products are the original work of Lisa Rebuilds, protected by copyright. Use rights only β no ownership transfer.
5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to revoked access, platform takedown notices, and legal remedies including damages.
6. Free Products
The free First 72 Hours Checklist is covered by this same license. "Free" means no charge β not free to redistribute.
